Shipping policy

Shipping Areas:

  • We currently ship to Canada and the United States of America. 

2. Shipping Methods:

  • We use Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx to ship orders.
  • We may offer different shipping options (e.g., standard, expedited) with varying delivery times and costs.

3. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.
  • You will be presented with shipping cost options during the checkout process.
  • We may offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount.

4. Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order.
  • Please allow additional time for order processing during peak seasons or periods of high order volume.

5. Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. 
  • You can track your order using the tracking number provided on the shipping carrier's website. 
  • If you have the shop pay app- information will be loaded there, It may also be sent to your email on the order form. 

6. Delivery Times:

  • Estimated delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method and destination.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier delays).

7. Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays in delivery.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

8. Shipping to Rural Areas:

  • Delivery to rural areas may take longer than estimated delivery times for urban areas.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for delivery to remote areas.

9. Damaged Shipments:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at tkhearns@gmail.com
  • Please retain all original packaging and damaged items for inspection purposes.

10. Order Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
